									Account Executive

Dynamex Inc., a leading provider of same-day delivery and logistics services in the United States and Canada, is searching for an experienced, highly organized, salesperson to join our team as an Account Executive. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, intrinsic motivation, and the ability to work independently.

Job responsibilities:

Prepare proposals to new prospective clients in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Recommend billing adjustments, claims settlements or other action to maintain positive customer relations with existing clients. Implement sales plans to achieve quota objectives in account retention, increase in current clients’ volume and product line usage, and development of new clients. Monitor performance to resolve service issues inconsistent with operational and administrative policies and procedures, and provide timely response to clients. Maintain a Personal Sales Program including territory/time management, call planning, prospect targeting, current account development, and accurate, timely documentation. Execution of client base maintenance program. Maintain a working knowledge of competitive factors and market conditions, and reports. Provide sales leads and other information to support other sales representatives in their territories. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job requirements:
  

Min. 2-3 years experience in sales, ideally in the transportation sector. BA/BS degree in Business or related field. Other relevant experience in transportation may replace some of these qualifications.
