The Company considers its principal manufacturing facilities to be well maintained and suitable for the purpose for which they are employed and believes that its plant capacity is adequate for its current and near-term needs. In addition, the Company owns 1,819,033 square meters of land (316,366 square meters of floor space) in Japan, used for the head office, branches, business offices and research facilities, and leases 9,550 square meters of land (83,487 square meters of floor space) used for sales offices, warehousing, employee housing and other purposes.
