Course Description & Outline

PMP Prep is for preparing for the PMI® Project Management Professional (PMP®) exam. This course covers the knowledge areas, the process groups as covered in the PMBOK® Guide 3rd Edition. Class consists of instructor led reviews, practice exams, and realistic hands-on exercises. Participants will focus on key concepts; terms; tools and techniques; and principles required to pass the PMP exam. Special attention will be given to WBS, Schedule develop, Earned Value and Decision Tree Analysis and the Professional Responsibility process. Class goals: • Possess an appreciation of what is required to pass the PMP examination. • Use practice tests to familiarize yourself with testing style. • Be knowledgeable with the PMBOK Guide 3rd edition. • Learn key phrases and key words to successfully pass the experience questions.
