Nick Krsnich (BSBA ;81; MBA ’83), MBA, Certified Financial Planner & Registered Investment Advisor (SEC) President & Portfolio Manager, JMN Financial LLC Mr. Krsnich has 24 years of Financial Planning & Investment Management experience with institutional and retail investors. He became a General Securities Principal in 1983 and is a Registered Investment Advisor Representative (SEC), Certified Financial Planner, and member of the Financial Planning Association. Mr. Krsnich is an adjunct professor at the Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business & Management. His Financial Planning philosophy is straight forward: help you determine your goals and risk tolerances, form a comprehensive financial plan, and then commit and monitor. His Investment Management approach focuses on fundamental valuation for both fixed income and equity growth accounts emphasizing a longer term holding period. Mr. Krsnich previously served as Chief Investment & Risk Officer of Countrywide Financial Corporation (CFC). He was responsible for all the management of CFC's $200 billion balance sheet, chairing Asset/Liability committees, Investment committees, and was a member of the Board of Director's of Countrywide Bank. Previously Mr. Krsnich was the Head of Capital Markets at Bank of America Mortgage. Prior to entering the financial services industry Mr. Krsnich was a minor league baseball player in the Baltimore Orioles and Detroit Tigers organizations. He graduated with a MBA in Finance from the University of Florida in 1983 receiving All Southeastern Conference Academic Team and Office of the President honors. Mr. Krsnich and his wife Linda and three children reside in Calabasas, California.
