      PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional Tbk (‘JSI’ atau
      ‘Perseroan’) adalah sebuah perusahaan investasi dan
      pengembang properti yang didirikan oleh Bapak Jan
      Darmadi pada tahun 975. Didukung oleh kompetensi
      dan kepemimpinan Bapak Jan Darmadi, JSI tumbuh
      pesat menjadi kelompok perusahaan (konglomerat) yang
      disegani. Saat ini, Perseroan memiliki dan mengelola
      aset-aset bernilai tinggi berupa bangunan hotel, properti
      komersial (gedung perkantoran, apartemen dan rumah
2     bandar sewa serta pusat ritel), residensial (apartemen
      strata-title dan kawasan perumahan) maupun lahan di
      beberapa lokasi strategis di Jakarta, Bali dan
      kota-kota lain di Indonesia.

      PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional Tbk (‘JSI’ or ‘the Company’)
      is a property investment and development company, founded
      by Mr. Jan Darmadi in 975. Supported by his leadership
      and competence, JSI grew quickly to become a reputable
      conglomeration of companies. Currently, the Company owns and
      operates an extensive portfolio of premier hotels, commercial
      properties (office buildings, rental apartments and townhouses,
      and retail centers), residential properties (strata-title apartments
      and landed houses) and strategically located landholdings in
      Jakarta, Bali and several other cities in Indonesia.
