Personal Development Plan of Barry Rafferty Targets Details o An B or possibly an A if a can work hard. o If a continue to work hard and stick my head down and don’t get interrupted by people around me then I am sure that I can achieve an B or hopefully an A. o Do all my homework that is set. o Manage my week out so that I have enough time to complete my homework and if I have I’m having trouble then go to the teacher n ask for help before hand. o Revise over topics completed regularly in order to pass NABs. o Revise the topics that you have completed regularly and make sure that all NABs are passed first time. o In free time come and do extra work. o During free periods or at break/lunch time, come down to Admin and do some extra work you find your struggling on. Personal Targets o Spend about 1-2 hours a night studying and completing homework.
