GREATER WORKS FELLOWSHIP BYLAWS OF ORGANIZATION ARTICLE I-OFFICES SECTION 1. REGISTERED OFFICE The registered office shall be established and maintained at 128 Fair Oaks Circle, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281, in the county of Henry, in the state of Georgia. SECTION 2. OTHER OFFICES The organization may have other offices either within or without the state of Georgia such place or places as the Board of Directors may from time to time appoint or the business of the organization may require. ARTICLE II – MEETINGS SECTION 1. ANNUAL MEETING The annual meeting held for the election of new advisors and for such other business as may be stated in the notice of the meeting, shall be held at such place, either within or without the state of Georgia, and at such time and date as the Board of Directors, by resolution, shall determine and set forth in the notice of the meeting. In the event the Board of Directors fails to so determine the time, date, and place of the meeting, the annual meeting shall be held at the registered office of the organization in Georgia on December 1. If the date of the annual meeting falls upon a Saturday or Sunday, the meeting shall be held on the next succeeding business day. At each annual meeting those entitled to vote shall elect certain Board members and Advisors and may transact such other organizational business as shall be stated in the notice of the meeting. SECTION 2. OTHER MEETINGS Meetings of Advisors for any other than the election of Directors and Advisors may be held at such time and place within or outside of the state of Georgia and shall be stated in the notice of the meetings.
BYLAWS OF GREATER WORKS FELLOWSHIP I. The name of the organization is “Greater Works Fellowship II. The ministry is organized pursuant to the Georgia Nonprofit Corporation Code. III. The street address of the initial office of the organization is 128 Fair Oaks Circle, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281, in the county of Henry. IV. The name and address of the Financial Director is Brook Leary, 128FairOaks Stockbridge,Ga. V. The fellowship will have members. VI. The mailing address of the initial principal office of the corporation is 128 Fair Oaks Circle, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281. VII. The purpose for which the Ministry is formed is: Exclusively charitable with the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue code of 1954 or the corresponding provision of any further United States Internal Revenue law. This corporation is formed for the purpose of educational, social, and economic development.
