							Letter to all GLOBALGAP Certification Bodies

Cologne, 3rd March 2008 Ref no: 080303/KM/CB_NSV_PPM Release of Plant Propagation Material Standard V2.0-Mar08 Dear GLOBALGAP Scheme Manager, The GLOBALGAP Plant Propagation Material Standard V2.0-Mar08 has been finalised and is available for certification by those Certification Bodies that responded positively on the letter “EUREPGAP Plant Propagation Material Standard” that was sent in June 2007 and that attended the workshop held in October 2007. These Certification Bodies are indicated on the website under Services > Certification > Approved Certification Bodies > Scope: Plant Propagation Material Standard 2.0 (http://www2.globalgap.org/apprcbs.html?countryid=0&continentid=0&ScopeID=33). As stated in the above-mentioned letter, Certification Bodies that have not extended their scope in 2007 will only be allowed to apply for extension of scope and offer certification to the GLOBALGAP Plant Propagation Material standard V2.0 from the beginning of July 2009.
