The awards ceremony took place on 11 November 2008 at The Jumeirah Carlton Tower hotel in Knightsbridge, London. The award presented to Owner, Alix Landolt and General Manager, Peter Egli, recognised the consistent high quality and drive for hotel excellence achieved by the Whatley Manor team.
