1. Seller, for value received and promise to pay (as further detailed) hereby transfers to Buyer the

   that Seller owns Property and has the right to convey Property, that Property is free of any
   encumbrances or liens, and that Property’s odometer reading is substantially accurate. Seller
   makes no representations as to the Property, other than herein stated.

3. Buyer acknowledges that Buyer or Buyer’s agents have investigated, examined, and operated
   Property, and agrees to purchase and accept Property “as-is”, with no warranties whatsoever.

4. Buyer will pay Seller _______________________________ ($______________) upon delivery of
   the motor vehicle and title. All sums to be received by Seller in good funds, US currency cash or
   cash-equivalent.

5. The Buyer knowingly accepts the risks inherent in owning and operating a motor vehicle, and shall
   hold Seller and Seller’s agents harmless for all causes excepting fraud. The Buyer knows and
   acknowledges that the Property here transferred may be an off-road capable motor vehicle, which
   carries increased risks. The Buyer understands that insurance and financial responsibility fall to
   the Buyer solely, and the Seller shall not be liable for any acts or omissions of Buyer.

6. Buyer and Seller further agree that time is of the essence, that this agreement is the whole of the
   agreement, and any promises or representations not here reflected are not part of this agreement.
