Please see next page for example of some of the plans components …. Example of a Plan!! Quarterly Usana Business Building Plan January, 2005 Date Quarter ends: March 31, 2005 I. Issues and Concerns 1. Time management. I've got to do better at blocking out times to work Usana. 2. Pressure at work really gets to me sometimes. It's hard to leave it there. 3. I have 23 people in my group, 18 are on Autoship. 4. I need to get more rest--especially on the weekends. 5. I'm too distracted by the new football season--especially Monday Night Football. I need to do better at turning off the TV. 6. I'm doing better and better at handling rejection. It doesn't bother me like it used to when I started Usana. 7. I need to get back to working hot market more. 8. I need to get with Joe. He's working hard with little results. Maybe I can spot something he's doing that he could change. II. Accomplishments 1. Went Achiever! Got my first US$400 cheque! 2. Completed the Natural Selling course. 3. Finally called two people on my chicken list. 4. Reviewed my goals nearly every day. 5. Lost 6 Kg! 6. Took out a Merc out for a test drive! Wow! 7. Was able to quit one of my part time jobs! Yes! The taste of freedom is intoxicating! 8. Am listening to personal development CD’s almost every day. III. General Goals till March 31. 1. Read some passages from a motivational book daily. 2. Approach one new person five days a week. 3. Join a Gym and work out 4 times per week. 4. Attend a Gold Retreat. 5. Attend all Versace Hotel meetings and bring a guest each and every time. 6. Listen to Randy’s album again. 7. Break an Achiever in each of my two legs. 8. Earn checks of at least US$200 --.. $600 weekly. 9. Go back to my hot market and talk to some of the people I talked to when I first got involved in Usana. Maybe the timing will be right for some of them now. IV. Specific Achievement Goals a. Each month I will personally sponsor (not in depth, personally): one person. b. Amount my weekly checks will be by March 31, 2005: US$600 c. Title of next pin level: Director I will reach this pin level on March 15. d. At the 2006 Convention in Australia, I will have achieved the following pin level: Gold and will bring 20 people from my downline team there. V. Long Term Goals 1. Pay cash for a new car for my partner. 2. Go Diamond Director or above 3. Travel to Europe by 2006. 4. Have my Usana business in at least three foreign countries. 5. Attend one major industry training this year. 6. Attend all Usana training events within my country. 7. Spend more time developing my goals and dreams. Right now they are just "wishes". I need to really think them through and begin to develop my beliefs more. Among other things, I need to actually get out there and experience them a bit, like when I took out that Merc. That car was really something. I'm starting to believe I really could own one, and soon. 8. make a contribution to people in need. 9. Learn French. ...and so on.
