                       Summary

                       Re-planning activity now complete and non-EMIS sites have been brought forward and are being
                       engaged currently.
                       Wave 2 patient drop in sessions continuing due to complete 20th October

                       Patient response to HealthSpace is still proving positive with over 210 people having registered at the
                       front office sessions.
                       Engagement event took place on 3rd Octover for future Wave's - postive response overall
                       Further Engagement event currently being organised for 7th November for South and East Dorset sites

               Communications                                        Wave 2 patients drop in sessions have commenced with
                                                                    high attendance for both SCR and HealthSpace

                                                                    with Wave 4 following in early December and Wave 5 in
                                                                    early January.
                   Data Quality                                     All Wave 1 sites have been audited and completed for
                                                                    Data Quality. Second lot of auditing at Wave 2 now
                                                                    commenced, most practices booked in.All Wave 2 sites
                                                                    green. The original Dorchester Wave 3 sites have - 7 of
                                                                    12 practices have green e-audit, however the newly
                                        Red             Red         identified Wave 3 Non-EMIS sites have yet to have DQF
                                                                    visits. Paperlight accreditation process review meeting
                                                                    took place Tuesday 25th.
                                                                    Currently no DQF in Dorset - interviews held 20th
                                                                    September unsuccessful, further interviews to be
                                                                    arranged. Urgent requirement now for DQF.
           Business Processes                                        PCT currently looking for resource to provide support to
                                                                    PM for this role. Job description has been written and
                                                                    provided to Director of IT. Further discussions had at
                                                                    project board 15th August. Director of IT to review

                                                                    resources available within PCT to fill this role. To be raised
                                                                    at board on October 17th. Trainers are now carrying out
                                                                    business process training to Wave 1 and Wave 2 sites
                                                                    where required.

                       Benefits                                      PCT currently looking for resource to provide support to
                                                                    PM for this role. Benefits meeting took place Tuesday 2nd
                                                                    October to review Benefits identified to date and

                     Resources                                       Job description written and provided to PCT's Director of
                                                                    IT for Change management role (benefits and process
                                                                    mapping). Project support role to be advertised
                                                                    externally.PM currently fulfilling support role. No DQF for

                                                                    also and requirement for support to take on some of that
                                                                    work
