									Assistant Manager,                                               Mastering the
Customer Service                                                 Seas for Industry
Seaspan Coastal Intermodal provides daily scheduled ferry
services that deliver trailers and containers for our trucking
and distribution customers and rail cars to or from
Vancouver Island.

Responsible for the delivery of top-quality customer
service, you will supervise a staff of six, assist the Manager
in developing key customer service strategies, implement/
monitor service control measures and provide daily
account management. As liaison to a diverse customer
base of over 300, you will be required to travel occasionally
to Vancouver Island. You will also be instrumental in the
success of our new online Bill of Lading system.
Along with a degree or diploma in business administration,
transportation/logistics, commerce or marketing, you have
at least 5 year’s supervisory experience in the trucking or
marine industry, including business to business account
management, sales or customer service. You are known for
a high level of teamwork, leadership and lateral thinking.
