Introduction:
 There is no doubt that Information Technology had become
    an essential pillar for any modern organization.
   As much it is also a fact that Marine transportation is a vital
    and essential component of many countries. 95% of GI.

   Without having a clear indicators (KPIs) measuring
    performance and volume it would be impossible to measure
    the impact over any global factor such as the current
    rescission.
   Today’s revolution in information and communications
    technologies is a major key in moving with Marine
    transportation to continually excel and create new
    dimension of services and enhance or measure
    performance.
Introduction:
 The advanced and integrated management of Marine
  transportation had indeed changed the concept of
  commerce around the world.
 Previously countries were identified as either
  agriculture based economy or manufacturing based
  economy. However now new dimension had
  emerged due to the ability to manage transportation
  effectively and with utilizing the multi model
  transportation.
 Many of the giant industrial or even agricultural
  powers had changed their production and utilizing
  the services offered by the multi transportation
  providers.

 Multimodal Transport is the ability to use more
  than one transportation method in a harmony.
 In our case it is important to state that marine
  transport is the core to establish a successful
  model.
 That would generate an infinite number of IT
  services and applications

 Extend the development to RTA and ENR
 Establish a solid standards to any
  infrastructure project in any of its entities
 Focus and stress on the importance of
  investment and continues development of
  people as a main Key success factor.
