24 Hui Zhao, individually and on behalf of his marital community (collectively, “Zhao”), by and
25 through their undersigned counsel of record, do hereby stipulate and agree that all claims that were

2 THIS MATTER having come before the undersigned judge in the above-entitled court, the

5 ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all claims of the Plaintiff that were or could
6 have been asserted against Defendants MD&I and Zhao shall be dismissed with prejudice and
