					How does Sodium hydro-carbonate react?
Material: Crucible with cover Scales Bunsen burner Chemicals Solid sodium hydro-carbonate, NaHCO3(s) When sodium hydro-carbonate, NaHCO3(s), is heated it decompose. The decomposition can theoretically occur in three different ways: NaHCO3(s)  NaOH(s) + CO2(g) 2NaHCO3(s)  Na2O(s) + H2O(g) + 2CO2(g) 2NaHCO3(s)  Na2CO3(s) + H2O(g) + CO2(g) Your task is to design an experiment with the above given equipment and chemicals. Take 2.00-3.00 grams of the salt and heat it. With the experiment you shall determine which of the above presented equations is correct and present the result in a lab report. The lab report should include: materials, method, collected data, data analysis, evaluation
