Clause No.33 is added and read as under : The total amount not exceeding to Rs.15,000/- per month shall be borne by the contractor towards monthly electricity and water charges for operating the kitchen functional in Paymaster Shodhika. Clause No.34 is added and read as under : The electricity charges for functioning of Faculty Club Restaurant together with water consumption charges on actual consumption basis shall be borne by the contractor for the kitchen area and the sitting area will be looked after by the Centre at its cost. Clause No.35 is added and read as under :
All the equipments for the kitchen and fixture and furniture / utensils for the Faculty Club Restaurant shall be made available by the Centre. However, contractor will be responsible for payment of quoted licence fees on monthly basis. The Centre has reserved the right to accept or reject all or any of the offer without assigning any reason thereof.
