Buses leave Sheraton at 10:15am. All riders required to be present in Parade Day attire. 10pm: Float in position on Orange Grove Blvd. 5am: Float riders in hotel lobby for shuttle pickup 7am: Donate Life Grandstands open 8am–11:30am: Parade 12pm: Float riders transported to Post-Parade Reception 11:30am–2pm, Gordon Biersch, 41 Hugus Alley, Pasadena CA 91103 (Invitation only) 2pm, Rose Bowl Jan 1: 1pm–3:30pm; Jan 2-3: 9am–3:30pm Post Parade float viewing east of parade route
