ADIPEC is one of the most acclaimed oil and gas events in the world. This event plays host to more than
40,000 leading industry executives who come together in Abu Dhabi for four days of interaction to
determine the future of the energy industry with a global reach.

Norwegian pavilion
Innovation Norway will establish a joint Norwegian pavilion at ADIPEC. This will offer Norwegian companies
an important stage to promote their technology and services.

Side events
Innovation Norway is aiming at organizing a seminar in conjunction with ADIPEC, and we hope to invite you
and your customers to a reception.

Participation
We would like to invite Norwegian companies to participate at the Norwegian pavilion in Abu Dhabi November
1-4, 2010. The price for participation will be approximately NOK 7500-8000 per sq.m. This includes building up
the booth, furniture, lighting, carpet, company logo and management costs. A lounge with snacks and soft drinks
will be at your disposal for customer meetings. Participant fees will be finalized once the number of participants
is known and the stand concept is ready.

Travel expences, hotel, freight and additional equipment at the booth must be covered by each participating
company.
