An Alternate Approach
Bikini Bootcamp includes personalized recommendations, easy to prepare recipes, handy tips for success, class handouts, email correspondence, nutrition counseling and continuing encouragement & support!

May 3rd – 6:30 pm @ Timberhill Athletic Club
Bring a 3‐ring binder, a one‐week food journal (**be honest! **), your current weight, and measurements of chest, upper arm, waist, thighs, and calves. NOTE – all measurements and weights may be kept in the same journal as your food log and of course are kept confidential. ☺ During the month‐long class, be prepared to give up alcohol, sugar, processed carbs, and all fast food. It’s a small sacrifice to make for how amazing you will look and feel at the end! ☺
