A covenant not to sue is an agreement entered into by a person who has a legal claim
against another but agrees not to pursue the claim. This document in its draft form
contains numerous of the standard clauses commonly used in these types of
agreements, as well as optional language to allow for customization to ensure the
specific terms of the parties’ agreement are addressed. Use this form for an individual
to waive their right to sue for a particular matter.
