Following a period of sustained growth, award-winning social marketing agency, the Hub is looking
to recruit a driven, passionate, experienced social marketer to lead on new and existing health
programmes.

Working closely with the Managing Director and Account Management team, you will become a
pivotal member of the organisation—instrumental in new business development, social marketing
programme planning and relationship management.

A passion for social marketing and positive social change is essential, along with confidence
tenacity and ambition.

EXPERIENCE—ESSENTIAL

•	Social	marketing	campaign	planning	and	delivery
•	Public	sector	procurement	procedures—particularly	tender	writing	and	submission
  A
•		 nalysis	of	qualitative,	quantitative,	epidemiological	and	other	research	to	develop	highly	target	
  campaigns focussed on long-term behaviour change
•	Translating	insight	into	actionable	insights	to	inform	campaign	planning
•	Working	alone	and	as	part	of	a	team	to	hit	strict	deadlines

•		 ampaign	planning	using	the	full	social	marketing	mix
  R
•		 eport	writing,	presentation	of	strategic	proposals	and	creative	campaigns
•	Multi-agency	stakeholder	engagement	and	relationship	building

EXPERIENCE—DESIRABLE

•	Campaign	evaluation	and	producing	evidence	of	ROI
•	Specific	health	sector	experience
•	Community	engagement
•	Service/intervention	design
•	Involvement	with/oversight	of	scoping	phase	research
