WARRANTY OF SELLER TO FINANCING AGENCY
Seller warrants that at the time of the payment or purchase by financing agency for value of a draft that relates to a shipment of the goods, the right of seller to stop delivery of the goods has not been terminated and that seller has no knowledge or reason to know of any fact that would impair the rights of seller as an unpaid seller of the goods.
