Who is the training for?
• Members of staff or carers who support an
adult with a learning disability from any
organisation within East Lancashire
• Staff or carers who are supporting a young
person with a learning disability through
transition
What will we do on the 2 days?
• The aim of the two
days is to learn skills
to help people get
better lives not just
better plans
• Learn about the
person centred
thinking tools which
help to ensure that the
support is tailored
around the individual
