WARRANTY BENEFICIARIES PURCHASERS FROM BUYER
The benefit of all warranties made under this agreement by seller shall extend to buyer and to the purchasers from buyer, and any purchaser from buyer is entitled to bring an action directly against seller for damages or injuries sustained by that purchaser resulting from any breach of warranty by seller.
