Principal), IN ACCORDANCE WITH Section 44(1) of the Power of Attorney Act 1998 of the State of
Queensland, Australia,

name of and on behalf of the principal to do or execute all or any of the acts and things mentioned herein that
is to say:

To transact manage carry on and do all and every personal or business matters and things requisite and
necessary or in any manner connected with or having reference to the Affairs and for those purposes to

To take and defend legal proceedings. To commence prosecute enforce defend answer or oppose all actions
and other legal proceedings and demands touching the matter of the Affairs and also if thought fit with the
consent as herein mentioned to compromise refer to arbitration abandon submit to judgment or become non-
suited in any action or proceeding as herein mentioned.


To concur in doing acts. To concur in doing any of the acts or things herein mentioned in conjunction with
any other person or persons interested in the premises.


To employ professional assistance. For the better and more effectually executing the powers or authorities
herein mentioned or any of them to retain and employ solicitors advocates and/or debt collecting agents
respectively to advise act for or represent the Principal.
AND BY THIS DEED IT IS DECLARED THAT


       Ratification: The Principal ratifies and confirms and agrees to ratify and confirm whatever the
       Attorney shall do or purport to do by virtue of this Power of Attorney including in that confirmation
       whatever shall be done between the time of revocation of this Power of Attorney and the time of that
       revocation becoming known to the Attorney.


       Registration: The Principal authorises and empowers the Attorney to acknowledge in the name and
       as the act and deed of the Principal this Power of Attorney and to register and record it in any office
       of any country necessary and to procure to be done any and every other act and thing which may be in
       any way requisite or proper for authenticating and giving full effect to this Power of Attorney
       according to the law and usages of any country as fully and effectually as could the Principal.


       Interpretation: This Power of Attorney shall in all respects be interpreted in accordance with and
       governed by the Law of the State of Queensland, Australia.
