TERMINATION ON EVENT REQUIREMENT OF NOTICE OF OCCURRENCE
This agreement shall continue indefinitely, but shall terminate automatically on the occurrence of the following event: _______________________________________. If either party has reason to expect that the event will occur, there is no termination of the agreement by the occurrence of the event unless the party having the reasonable belief shall promptly notify the other party after forming that belief.
