Business Uniform Commercial Code _UCC_ Substituted Performance - Reasonable Delay in Performance

SUBSTITUTED PERFORMANCE REASONABLE DELAY IN PERFORMANCE If substitute performance is rendered under the authority of __________ (cite local enactment of UCC $ 2-614), any delay reasonably involved in determining that performance cannot be made as agreed, in selecting a substitute means of performance and in making the substitute performance, is excused, although this provision does not constitute a waiver of timely performance as to any subsequent deliveries or payments to be made. This is a UCC-buying and selling provision. It is designed to supplement UCC buying and selling forms found in this category.
