RIGHT OF SELLER DELIVER SPECIFIED DIFFERENCE IN QUANTITY
As it is impossible for seller to manufacture the exact quantity ordered, a shortage or excess in the amount of goods delivered, varying not more than __________ percent (__________%) of the quantity ordered, shall be accepted as complying with this agreement.
This is a UCC Buying and Selling of Goods provision. It is designed to supplement UCC Buy & Sell Forms.
