PATENT & TRADE INFRINGEMENT WARRANTY SELLER INDEMNIFICATION
Buyer shall indemnify seller against any damages for patent or trademark infringement for which seller becomes liable as a consequence of manufacturing the goods covered by this agreement in conformity with specifications furnished by buyer.
This is a UCC-buying and selling provision. It is designed to supplement UCC buying and selling forms found in this category.
