PASSING OF TITLE AT PLACE OF SHIPMENT
Title to the __________ (type of goods) sold under this agreement shall pass to buyer on seller’s delivery to carrier at the point of shipment unless such products are delivered by __________ (trucks or as the case may be) operated by seller, in which case, title to the products shall remain and be in seller and shall pass to buyer on delivery to buyer at buyer’s destination point or points. Buyer agrees that buyer will incur no indebtedness whatever on behalf of seller in the above-mentioned operation, nor employ any employees for on behalf of seller.
This is a UCC Buying and Selling of Goods provision. It is designed to supplement UCC Buy & Sell Forms.
