All goods put up for sale at the auction shall be sold as is, without warranty or guarantee or any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, without limitation, any warranty or guarantee as to quality, character, condition, size, weight, or kind and without warranty that the goods are merchantable, in condition or fit to be used for the purpose for which they were originally intended.
Sales are not made by sample, nor are the goods represented to be similar to the goods presented for examination by bidder. No claim for any allowance on any of the above grounds shall be considered by either seller or auctioneer after the goods are knocked down to a bidder by the auctioneer.
