(Revised April 12, 2006) PGI 223.4--USE OF RECOVERED MATERIALS PGI 223.405 Procedures. Departments and agencies must centrally collect information submitted in accordance with the clause at FAR 52.223-9 for reporting to the Office of the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense (Installations and Environment). The information is collected in the contracting office’s contract action reporting system (DD Form 350, Individual Contracting Action Report).
