FRANCHISE EMPLOYEE STANDARDS The franchiser, __________________________________________________, and the franchisee, _____________________________________, as set forth in their franchise agreement on ______________________________________________________ and as witnessed by _________________________________, have agreed to the following additional terms and conditions: ____________________________________________________________________ Franchisee agrees to employ and manage persons of good character, conduct and qualified representatives of franchise in accordance with the standards set forth in the manual. Each employee will be given a uniform which must be kept in good condition and always clean in appearance. The franchisee or the employee will assume cost of the uniforms not the franchiser. Each uniform must be in keeping with the standards of franchise agreement.
