FRANCHISE ASSIGNMENT OR TRANSFER RESTRICTIONS
The franchiser, __________________________________________, and the franchisee, ___________________________________, as set forth in their franchise agreement on ______________________________________________________ and as witnessed by _________________________________, have agreed to the following additional terms and conditions:
In the event the franchisee decides to announce publicly the sale of any interest set forth in agreement, ____________ (he or she) will not use the name of the franchise in any form. This includes any sale of equipment related to the franchisees operation of business.
