CORPORATION ASSIGNMENT OF FRANCHISE (TYPE 1)
The franchiser, _________________________________________________, and the franchisee, _____________________________________, as set forth in their franchise agreement on _____________________________________________________ and as witnessed by ___________________________________, have agreed to the following additional terms and conditions:
Franchisee may not, unless agreed to and provided in writing by the franchiser, transfer or grant rights as stated in the contractual agreement, unless those rights are being granted to the franchisees corporation that is completely under the control of the franchisee. If such a grant is to be executed, then franchisee is prohibited to grant anyone control of that corporation with out the written and expressed consent of franchiser.
