I believe that in school children should be given more rights than what they have now. The rights that children have now are very minimal. We used to follow the “your rights don't get stripped when entering a school building”. Now we

disregard that and most of our rights are stripped when entering a school. In schools children have no privacy and to be searched a warrant is not needed just reasonable cause is needed.

Section 1: Let privacy be known as: Having the right not to be searched without a warrant and to deny a drug test until parent consent.

Section 2: let privacy, as defined in section 1, be much more like how adults in the outside world are treated. Also let privacy be the right to deny anything that invades personal space other than your locker because that is school property.

Section 3: Let children in school receive the same rights as Adults outside of school.

Section 4: Let all states get a 25% increase on school funds.

Section 5: Let this come into effect on August 1st
