Welcome to Banner Day Camp! Banner is proud to offer the North Shore’s premier day camp experience. Camp is celebrating its 46th summer! We look forward to continuing to build wonderful, lasting relationships with Banner’s campers and their families. Enrollment is now open. Please keep in mind that in the past, there have been wait lists for campers wanting to enroll. If you have any three-day week Banner Beginnings or Junior campers, you’ll want to apply early for your choice of days. As always, registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Enrollment is not guaranteed until you receive a written confirmation. New at Banner is our exciting double waterslide, featuring the “Blue Bamba” and the “Sunshine Swirl.” Fun is the best motivation for swimming success, and campers will enjoy these thrilling slides for years to come. Year after year, Banner remains committed to providing fresh experiences in a nurturing environment. Stateof-the-art facilities are continually upgraded and expanded to include exciting new programs. Talented staff, featuring one staff member for every three to four campers, undergo ongoing training to provide a safe and fun-filled summer. Transportation
$3990 $2990 $2500 $1870 Door-to-door transportation is included in tuition providing each family lives within Banner’s bus boundaries and their home is accessible by school bus. Boundaries are subject to change. Families that are outside of bus service areas are welcome to meet at central pick-up/drop-off points.

Lunch Options
Hot Lunch - Banner hot lunches appeal to the demanding appetites of campers. Lunches may NOT be purchased on a day-to-day basis. Monday: Hamburger, baked smiley-face potatoes, apple sauce. Tuesday: Chicken nuggets (baked), mashed potatoes, celery sticks, orange wedges. Wednesday: Macaroni & cheese, tossed salad w/ranch dressing, garlic bread. Thursday: Pizza (cheese or sausage), carrot sticks, apple slices. Friday: Hot dog cookout, potato chips, pickle spears. *Menu subject to change Pre-selected optional lunches offered daily include a variety of sandwiches (turkey, peanut butter & jelly, bagel & cream cheese) or baked potato bar, chips and a yogurt cup. Friday Cookout - Campers who bring a sack lunch from home Monday - Thursday may participate in the Friday cookout. Sack Lunch - Sack lunches brought from home will be refrigerated upon arrival at camp. Registration Policies

A completed application along with a $500 deposit is necessary to process each camper’s registration. Deposits	- $1000 per camper is required. $500 is required with a completed application and an additional $500 is due by December 1. The deposit is fully refundable until January 15. Balance of Tuition	- Balance of fees are due on or before April 1. Banner Day Camp reserves the right to cancel enrollment if fees are not paid by the above date. After April 1, tuition is due at time of enrollment. Interest will be charged at the rate of 1.5% per month on balance due after June 1. Refund Policy	- If a cancellation occurs prior to January 15, the deposit is fully refundable. Deposits are non-refundable and nontransferable after January 15. After camp begins, a refund will be given based on the schedule of fees, which is available upon request. Absence Policy - Pro-rated refunds are given after two weeks of continuous absence. The refund will begin on the first day of the third week of absence. Participation Policy - In the event that Banner determines enrollment or continued participation in Banner’s program is not appropriate, Banner reserves the right to discontinue service. In such a circumstance, any unused portion of tuition paid will be refunded.

Overnights

(Seniors and Tweens only) $130 each This program is designed to give campers the all-around and rewarding experience of overnight camping. The program includes an after camp swim, cookout dinner, a specially planned surprise evening activity, breakfast, games, etc. Campers sleep on mats in the indoor, air conditioned multi-purpose rooms located on our campgrounds.

Banner Look
Banner t-shirts should be worn daily. Each camper will receive three complimentary t-shirts. Additional t-shirts and other Banner gear may be purchased in the spring.

I have read and understand the registration and refund policies in the attached general information and fees. I understand that my deposit, less the application fee, is refundable through January 15, 2010. After January 15, the entire deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. I understand that the balance of tuition must be paid in full on or before April 1, 2010. I agree to pay all costs of collection incurred by Banner Day Camp Inc., including reasonable attorney’s fees. I agree to pay a service charge on all balances past due after June 1 equal to the lesser of 1.5% per month (18% Annual Percentage Rate) or the maximum allowed by law. I understand that part of the camping experience involves activities and group interactions, and come with uncertainties beyond what my child may be used to dealing with.
