JOINT AGREEMENT TO END AGENCY
It is mutually agreed that our agreement between _____________________ (Agent) and ____________________ (Principal) made on ________________ (Date), together with any and all modifications, amendments and riders, written or oral, is terminated as of ______________ (Date). However, both parties are not relieved from the obligation to discharge any debts or obligations to the other party incurred during the effective term of the agreement or to carry out any other obligations under the agreement.
