B.4.3 Acquire beginning skills that will lead to a mature form. C.4.1 Improve personal performance in fundamental throwing and catching skills. Varying the size and type of disc. Specially designed/ Adaptive equipment as needed. Research and present history, strategies, and/or concepts of Frisbee activities using power point or other methods.
