Real-time analysis and FREE offline use
With FURA you are able to monitor and analyze in real-time the UTRAN with a complete set of protocol decoding according to 3GPP Release 6, Release 5, Release 4 or Release 99. Also, you can record the traffic with FURA and store the trace file (.trf-file format) on the PC’s hard disk to analyze them later. To achieve offline function and make your work most effective, the only thing you should do is to install the basic FURA software without hardware to any PC in your organization free of charge.
Automatic CID Configuration （Manual optional）
FURA is able to automatically configure the CID for the monitored connections. FURA can detect the parameters from the Iub interface without the need to restart the NodeB and interrupt the network operation.

Powerful call trace for multi-interface
With the multi-interface Call Trace you are able to follow CS calls and PS sessions with phase information in real-time as they evolve at the Iub, Iu-CS and Iu-PS interfaces. The Call Trace speeds up the troubleshooting process by providing the means to effectively sort and filter the calls from traffic loads. Calltrace also helps in verifying RNC for reliable
handover procedures. • • • Different failure processes are displayed in the GUI. It provides more effective call trace for trouble shooting, by configuring different parameters (IMSI, TMSI/P-TMS and IMEI). Effective pre-filter can limit the coding traffic.
Filter is able to limit the amount of traffic captured for analysis with various logical arithmetic, and also provides a protocol list to filter the display list. It can be set by protocol stack, layer, message or Information element.
