Functional Description
The Model SWV60200-T Multiplexer/Transmitter accepts one composite video baseband signals via one video BNC ports. It then performs a 8-bit linear analog-to-digital conversion on the one baseband video signals, multiplexes the resulting PCM data with two input data channels from the built-in data port and transmits the data optically via an optical fiber to the SWV60200-R. The optical return path contains composite data, transmitted from the SWV60200-R via the same fiber. This optical signal is received and demultiplexed by the SWV60200-T into one separate data output channels for output via the built-in data port. The Model SWV60200-R Receiver accepts one data input signals via the built-in data port multiplexes them into a composite data stream, and transmits the data optically via an optical fiber to the SWV60200-T. The composite digital video and multiplexed data stream, transmitted from the SWV60200-T video multiplexer/transmitter unit, is received and demultiplexed by the SWV60200-R, which is responsible for routing the video data to digital-to-analog converters for output via the one video output BNC port and demultiplexing the one built-in data channel for output via the data port. The Models SWV60200-T and SWV60200-R are rack-mount, plug-in cards that occupy one card slot in a Series S SWV60200-4U card chassis. The units operate on 5VDC from the chassis power supply.

1.LED INDICATORS a) RUN: Green LED, shakes when the System’s self-test is OK. b) LINK: GREEN LED, illuminates when the remote data demux is in sync with the received optical signal transmitted by the local unit. c) ERR: Red LED illuminates when the remote data demux is error with the received optical signal transmitted by the local unit. d) POW: Red LED illuminates when the Power is on. 2.OPTICAL PORT(OPT): The optical fiber cable connector is connected to this port for transmission of the optical signal to the SWV60200-R receiver/demux. 3.VIDEO INPUT CONNECTORS(Video): Compatible with BNC connected coaxial cable, these connectors accept the single video input signal.

To install, connect the video inputs to the SWV60200-T, connect the video monitors or other video receptors to the SWV60200-R, and connect an appropriate optical fiber between the SWV60200-T and SWV60200-R optical ports. Connect data signal sources or destinations, as required, to the “DATA” port per the following Built-In Data Connection section.

Built-In Audio Connection
There are one port interfaces on the SWV60200-T and SWV60200-R, the “AUDIO” port is “PORT1” port. PORT1: AUDIO Connector, supports a dedicated 1-wire Audio channel. Connection information is found in Figures 4 Figure 4: Transmit End Audio Port Audio 1-Wire Connection
