If your answer is yes to any of these questions, you could be the man we’re looking for. 14 BAR-ONE Manhunt finalists will compete for the title of the BAR-ONE Man as well as other amazing prizes. Terms and conditions for entering the BAR-ONE Manhunt apply. • • • • All contestants must be between the ages of 23 and 38. All contestants must be South African citizens and be live in South Africa. All contestants must be in possession of a valid South African passport. All contestants must be in good physical and mental health and must pass the required physical and psychological examination before being eligible to take part in the competition. All applicants must authorise Producers to conduct a background check. Contestants must be available for shooting between the 19th of November 2009 and the 27th of March 2010. Competition entry closes on the 9th of November 2009. Producers reserve the right, at their discretion, to extend the deadline as they deem appropriate. Applicants may be invited for interviews sometime in November 2009 (or as otherwise scheduled by the Producers) in person, in one of the following South African cities: Durban, Johannesburg, Bloemfontein or Cape Town. Producers reserve the right to change the number or the identity of the foregoing locations at any time. All travel expenses for interviews will be at the applicants’ sole expense. Approximately 20 semi-finalists (the final number of which will be determined by Producers) will be invited to Johannesburg in November 2009 (or as otherwise scheduled by Producers) for final interviews with the BAR-ONE Manhunt Producers. Roundtrip economy air travel between Johannesburg and your local airport in South Africa and lodging will be provided by Producers. Approximately 14 finalists (the final number of which will be determined by Producers) will be selected as contestants to participate in the BAR-ONE Manhunt programme. The final contestants may be required to sign agreements or documents as may be deemed appropriate by the Organisers, before participating in the BARONE Manhunt programme. Filming is presently scheduled to occur starting on the 23rd of November 2009, or as otherwise scheduled by Producers, at a location to be announced. • • • • • • • • • • • All decisions made by the Producers are final and not subject to review or appeal. Employees, officers, directors and agents of SABC, Zoom Advertising, Nestlé and/or of any of their respective licensees, assigns, parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and the immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son, regardless of where they live) or members of their same households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers, directors and agents are not eligible to be contestants on the BAR-ONE Manhunt or participate in this application process. SABC 3, the Producers, sponsors and affiliates associated with the show accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings or injury incurred during the production of the BAR-ONE Manhunt.
