VisionFM / IFMA Benchmark Reports
The International Facility Management Association produces an annual report summarizing data collected from its members on the performance of their buildings. This information is made available to facilities manage s to use a benchmark to measure their operational efficiencies. By designing VisionFM's benchmark reports to match IFMA's study, VisionFM users can compare their facilit performance against industry averages. The result is an identification of areas of potential cost savings and where changes in procedure could be beneficial. Whether you use these reports as a starting point for a benchmarking program or as a final output, the goal is the same: to improve facilities operations
