									LEASE AGREEMENT EXTENSION
WHEREAS, Resolution 2009-_____ authorizes the Kenai Peninsula Borough (“Tenant”) to enter into an extension of the existing Lease Agreement for Suite 123 dated August 25, 2004, as amended on September 13, 2005, (“the Lease”) between Tenant and SeaView Community Services, P.O. Box 1045, Seward, Alaska 99664, its successors and assigns (“Landlord”), attached hereto and incorporated by reference for the Lease of the property described therein; NOW, THEREFORE, Tenant and Landlord hereby agree to extend the Lease for a period of one year commencing on July 1, 2009 and ending on June 30, 2010, with the option to renew for an additional one-year period commencing on July 1, 2010 and ending on June 30, 2011, under the same terms and conditions as contained in the Lease except that the rental rate is hereby amended to $725.12 per month for the duration of the extended term herein and any term extended by an exercised option. All other terms and conditions of the lease agreement shall remain in full force and effect. If there is a conflict between this extension document and the lease agreement of August 25, 2004, or the lease agreement amendment dated September 13, 2005, this extension document controls.
