IG5336.9001 Forms Contracting officers and civil engineers may use the following forms or templates to administer their construction programs: (1) AF Form 3000, Material Approval Submittal, may be used to meet construction material and article approval requirements outlined in FAR 52.236-5, Material and Workmanship. (2) AF Form 3064, Contract Progress Schedule, may be used to satisfy the requirements of FAR 52.236-15, Schedules for Construction Contracts. (3) AF Form 3065, Contract Progress Report, may be used to maintain a record of contract progress. (4) The Schedule of Material Submittals Template may be used to manage contract requirements for material submittals. (5) The Contract Bonds Checklist Template may be used to review bonds for new contract awards. (6) The Pre-performance Conference and Pre-Final Payment Checklist Template may be used for planning pre-performance conferences and documenting pre-final payment.
