Why: The CWS/CMS, Customer Relations Training Team developed a Training Guide
with screenshots from CWS/CMS to better illustrate the CWS/CMS Data Entry protocol

)

A few revisions have been made to the Training Guide due to questions by the trainers
and the participants in a recent Beta Class.

The CDSS CWS/CMS Support Branch has reviewed and approved the revised training
