[Revised June 15, 2006] SUBPART 5336.5 — CONTRACT CLAUSES 5336.507 Permits and Responsibilities. When the clause at FAR 52.236-7, Permits and Responsibilities, is used in solicitations and contracts OCONUS, the clause shall be modified to reflect “host government and political subdivisions” in lieu of “Federal, State, and Municipal.” SUBPART 5336.90 — CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION 5336.9001 Forms. Contracting Officers are encouraged to use existing contractor-developed forms to the maximum extent practicable. In those instances where commercial forms are not available, see Informational Guidance at IG5336.90, Construction Program Administration, for forms that may be used to administer construction programs.
