      A Panel of the Board of Parole Commissioners (Board) will consider releasing eligible prisoners to the
      community, or to a consecutive sentence. This meeting is open to the public.    Visitors may attend the
      hearing at the location(s) specified for the hearing date. Persons attending at a correctional location
      are subject to any institutional rules regarding entry in effect at that location. Prisoners may be
      assisted by a representative of their choice during the hearing. Testimony may be limited to applicable
      victims, the prisoner who is being considered for parole, and the prisoner's representative, if any.

      The Board may close portions of hearings to accept confidential victim information, as provided in NRS
      213.130(8), and to deliberate in private, pursuant to NRS 213.130(5). The Board will accept public
      comments from applicable victims during a public hearing, pursuant to NRS 213.130(4).

      The decision of the Panel is subject to final approval by the affirmative action of a majority of the
      members appointed to the Board. Such action may be taken at a meeting of the Board, or without a meeting
      by the delivery of written approval to the Secretary of the Board, pursuant to NRS 213.133.

      The Board reserves the right to take items in a different order to accomplish business in the most
      efficient manner. Prisoners may be removed from this agenda if it is determined they are not eligible for
      parole, if the Board is not in receipt of adequate information to enable them to make a decision or if it
      is determined that rights were not properly afforded to the victim of crime in accordance with NRS
      213.130(4).
