TENDER NOTICE FOR SUPPLY OF VARIOUS OFFICE EQUIPMENTS, ETC.

Sealed tenders are hereby invited for supply of various office equipments, etc. from reputed and authorized wholesalers/dealers. The tenders should reach the office of the undersigned by 14.00 hours on 19.3.2008, which shall be opened before the Departmental Purchase Committee at 16.00 hours on 19.3.2008. The list of items required to be supplied is as follows : Sl. Terms & Conditions 1. Up-to-date clearance certificate with respect to Income Tax/Commercial Tax, etc. along with the attested copy of registration certificate should be enclosed along the bid. No advance payments shall be admissible. The ordered equipment shall have to be delivered within specified time and installed at the FFP Bhawan or any other places as directed, for which no extra payment shall be admissible. The price quoted should be inclusive of all taxes admissible. Samples/brochures of quoted items should be submitted, as applicable to enable taking appropriate decision. The sample of the approved item shall be retained in the department for future comparison with the item supplied. The vendor should ensure prompt after-sales-service within 24 hours of complaint with respect to any supplied items. The undersigned reserves right to accept or reject in part or as a whole any of the proposals received without assigning any reason thereof.
